We had a property at Bear Lake even though we lived in Utah. Andrea helped us with the transfer of the property to another interested party in Utah and title insurance. Although we were in different states, Andrea was able to obtain the proper signatures and record the transfer in a very efficient and painless manner as well as sending us the payment in a very timely manner.
