No complaints at all. Everything was done in a timely manner. I live out of state and the documents to sign were overnighted and were clearly marked in each area where a signature was required. I had some questions during the process and minutes after I text I had a text back with the answers. Overall very smooth.

I can’t say enough about the great service provided to me. Scott Stears kicked off the process and was super helpful with my questions. Then Elaine Marlow took over and has been a true superstar from day one. In a world where good service is hard to find, she exemplifies what great customer service is all about. She has stayed on top of things, answered all of my questions, and even reassured me during frustrating moments in the process. She has made it possible for us to close early, and with a mobile notary since we are located in another state. The next time I buy a home, I hope to work with Elaine and her team.
