I had a task to do and had no idea of how to get it done. I didn’t understand the terminology and was frustrated. I stopped at Flying S to see if someone could answer some questions. Michelle took me in, and was so wonderful to work with me. She researched my questions, sorted things out, and even cut and pasted the document that I needed. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I so appreciated the help she gave me, and I would highly recommend her and the other gals in that office as friendly and professional and pleasant to work with.
